The Reports tab enables Platform, Company and Group Administrators to run reports across a variety of selectable criteria, create and save custom reporting filters and create customised output templates.

Note:

  1. Learner profiles can access ‘MyLearning and MyLocker’ reporting
  2. Group Administrators can access reporting on learners in their assigned group
  3. Platform and Company Administrators have unrestricted access to all reporting
  • Learning Progress Summary – the Learning Progress Summary report provides a snapshot of all learners’ performance results against each learning activity.
  • Learning Progress Details – the Learning Progress Details report displays detailed information about learning activities and the performance results of learners.
  • Event Progress Summary – the Event Progress Summary report shows a snapshot of scheduled events attached to each learning activity.
  • Event Progress Details – the Event Progress Details report displays more details about a specific event and the learners allocated to it.
  • Assessment Summary – the Assessment Summary provides a PDF copy of an individual learners records to a Written or On-the-Job Assessment.
  • Individual Learning Report – the Individual Learning Report shows detailed information about the performance of an individual learner against all the learning activities allocated to them.
  • My Learning Report – the My Learning Report gives every learner details of their performance results against all their learning activities and access to a printable report card.
  • My Experience – Reports associated with Tincan / xAPI learning activities.
  • My Experience Reports – Reports associated with Tincan / xAPI learning activities.
  • Individual Locker – the Individual Learning Report displays the learners uploaded files
  • MyLocker– the My Learning Report gives every learner details of their performance results against all their learning activities and access to a printable report card.
  • Learning Playlist – the Learning Playlist report displays detailed information about learning activities and completion results of one or more learning playlists.
