The Event Distribution in Distribution displays a list of Face-to-Face, Webinar, Written Assessment and On-The-Job Assessment learning activities created within a Company and enables the Administrator to distribute their associated events to learners. A Search function enables Administrators to easily search for learning activities by category or keyword/s.
A table displays the learning activity associated with each event (a learning activity must be created before scheduling and distributing an event). Learning activities can be sorted by clicking the arrows in the Type, Activity and No of Events columns in the table. One or more Events can be distributed by learner, by Group, by Email or *.csv.
Distributing events
To distribute an event:
- Hover over the ‘Distribution’ tab and select ‘Event Distribution’
- Select the checkbox to the left of the learning activity with the associated event to be distributed and click the ‘Next’ button
- Select the checkbox to the left of the Event to be Distributed to the learner, then click the ‘Next’ button
- Select the learners to distribute the selected event(s) to
- You can choose to distribute by Learner, by Group, by Email or by *.CSV
- Click the ‘Distribute’ button.
Reviewing events for each Activity
To review a current list of learners distributed to an event:
- Hover over the ‘Distribution’ tab and select ‘Event Distribution’
- Select the title of the Learning Activity with the associated Events
- Click the ‘Events’ button to view a list of all Events associated with that Activity.
Reviewing learners distributed to an event
To review a current list of learners distributed to an event:
- Hover over the ‘Distribution’ tab and select ‘Event Distribution’
- Select the title of the Learning Activity with the associated Events
- Click on the ‘Learners’ button to view a list of all learners for each event.
Removing learners from an event
To remove a learner/s from an event’s distribution list:
- Hover over the ‘Distribution’ tab and select ‘Event Distribution’
- Select the title the Learning Activity with the associated Events
- Click on the ‘Learners’ button
- Select the checkbox to the left of the learner/s to be removed from the event and click the ‘Remove Selected Learners’ button.
Updating learners distribution dates to an event
To update a learner/s from an event’s distribution list:
- Hover over the ‘Distribution’ tab and select ‘Event Distribution’
- Select the title the Learning Activity with the associated Events
- Click on the ‘Learners’ button
- Select the checkbox to the left of the learner/s modify the distribution and expiration details then click ‘Update Distribution’
